NūMove's high-speed robotic case packer is a vision-guided solution adaptable to various operation principles. Robotic case packer offers versatile configurations: robots pick products from conveyors and deposit them directly into cases; alternatively, robots assemble product layers while others transport and place them into cases. NūMove’s case packing solution allows robots to directly pick products from cases, facilitating mixed-pack case creation using specialized end-of-arm tools. While the first two applications are typically found at end-of-line operations, the latter is suited for warehouses or distribution centers, particularly for order fulfillment and e-commerce. Robotic packing machines excel in handling fragile and irregularly shaped products at rapid speeds. Additionally, NūMove can integrate Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) to manage tasks involving empty and full pallets, as well as product transportation when applicable.

NūMove’s robotic palletizers handle any rigid packaging container: cases, trays, totes, bags, open-top boxes, and more. NūMove manufactures robotic depalletizing systems that can handle single cases, complete rows or complete layers of glass bottles or cans, depending on the desired throughput. Machines can also depalletize rows or layers of unwrapped trays with dedicated end-of-arm tool. InnoPick® is a product storage and sequencing system (ASRS) that automates warehouse flows, ensuring efficient management. This system stores products and, upon order preparation, delivers them to palletizers in a sequence determined by software. This case ASRS can reach heights of up to 9 levels, with a capacity of 1400 products entering and leaving each level per hour.
