Nita Labeling Systems

The XP series of orientation systems is designed to position containers precisely for accurate labeling. Using professional-grade optical or sensory equipment, Nita's orientation modules align containers according to pre-set reference points. The system offers three orientation mechanisms. A digital sensor can detect and align containers based on physical features like handles. Alternatively, a Cognex checker identifies contrast points, such as color and design topography, to orient the container. A high-resolution camera can also capture an image and match the container's orientation to a memorized reference image. The XP series is available as a standalone orientation unit or as an integrated component of a Nita Smart Labeling System.

Also offered on the XP and Joust series is the Zero Down Time systems, with redundant labeling heads automatically switching over on label roll depletion, for non-stop operation, and the Fully Automatic Changeover System, where changeovers are done automatically by servo motors with pinpoint precision, saving a considerable amount of time and waste materials while eliminating micro-adjustments and guesswork. Nita also builds a wide selection of standalone labeling systems and Print & Apply systems, both offered in wipe-on or tamp blow configurations.
