MSSC, LLC designs and manufactures thermal ink jet industrial inline printers for printing bar codes, 2D symbols, including QR and Data Matrix (including GS1 DataMatrix), text, counts, date and expiry date codes, and logos onto porous and non-porous substrates. Smart-Jet® Ink Jet Printers are compact, reliable, and easy to use thermal ink jet coders. The line of featured Smart-Jet printers includes the BLUE PRO, BLUE REACH, DUO, and HEX, along with the PRO, MAX, and REACH Printheads. The PRO Printhead features a range of inks that includes water-based, solvent-based, white pigmented, UV invisible, and UV curable. The MAX Printhead provides 1”/25.4 mm tall print; the REACH Printhead delivers up to 10 mm throw distance with a high performance, fast drying ink on most non-porous products. All Smart-Jet® Printers can be connected to an Ethernet network for remote access and remote printer control.

The all new MSSC label dispensers and applicators are now able to integrate with the Smart-Jet series of inkjet printers, allowing for unique date/lot coding and labeling all at once. This integration allows for better inventory control and compliance with date/lot coding standards.
