The newly redesigned Fallas Adabot LV MKII is built to handle all of single stack, retail ready, vertical SUP, and lay-flat products all on one machine. Other featured case packing equipment from Fallas Automation's product line include the R400, which packs flexible bags, rigid and semi-rigid trays, cartons,, the G400 Case Packer, a gravity case packer, and the CS400 case sealer, one of the smallest footprints and available in tape or glue.

Fallas Automation is an ABB Robotics Value Partner that specializes in the robotic integration of ABB Robotics systems into case packing lines. Demonstrating Fallas Automation’s robotic integration capability is the release of the Visibot-LV Case Packer, designed for robotic case packing for clubstores. This system picks and places on the fly, one at a time, and can customize pack pattern and place anywhere in the case, utilizing its 5th robotic axis to orient product vertically into the case. Its vision system handles inconsistent and skewed products, while a multi-lane conveyor and vision eliminates the need for combining. The system’s ABB IRB390 Robot handles up to 10 kg payload.
