Syntegon offers a vast range of filling machines for powder, granule and other dry filling applications, including the FVS auger filler series, specially designed for the volumetric filling of a wide range of free-flowing products. Part of this series are four specific auger fillers that ensure very high dosing accuracy for both very small and big batches. The fillers’ solid design allows CPG customers to easily handle the equipment and carry out quick format changes. The machine can be easily integrated with Syntegon checkweighers such as the KWE/KWI 6000 with an integrated tendency regulation. Syntegon is a single-source supplier of vertical packaging systems that can produce a wide range of popular bag styles for all types of foods, from free-flowing powders and lightweight snacks, to delicate cookies and crackers, to IQF fruits, vegetables, and meats. Featured Syntegon baggers include the SVE 3822 LR, a continuous motion vertical bagger for basic bag styles including doy, pillow, gusseted and block bottom bags, both small and large. Syntegon’s range of bag closers are designed for applications ranging from medical and food to non-food items. Each bag closer comes with sealing technology that ensures bags are properly sealed, especially for medical applications where hermetic sealing is required. For horizontal bag sealers, the human-machine interface (HMI) is mounted to be at the ideal height for the operator and the HMI pivots to allow access on the conveyor side of the system. Kliklok wraparound sleevers from Syntegon accommodate the sleeving of meal trays, tubs, and pots, either individually or in a variety of multi-pack configurations, such as single row, double-row and stacked. Carton blanks are placed above collated tubs or trays and folded around the product(s) to form the final package. Kliklok wraparound sleevers handle a wide range of different products and carton styles and shapes, including full, economy, watch strap style, gusseted and other carton profiles. Wraparound cartons are ecologically friendly and economical by reducing the paperboard needed without sacrificing billboard space.

Syntegon offers Elematic topload, sideload, and wraparound (hood and non-hood) case packers. The Elematic 1001 SL is Syntegon’s standardized sideload case packer for packaging products into regular slotted cases (RSC), also known as American cases, designed with ergonomics and robustness in mind. The Sigpack TTMC case packer erects, loads and closes up to 25 cpm.
