The RBP D3600 is a fully automatic deblistering machine designed for gentle, GMP-compliant recovery of pharmaceuticals. Commonly installed near blister lines to improve batch yield, it features speed control, magazine level monitoring, sensors, counters, and product-specific tool sets. The D3600 processes push-through blisters lengthwise, crosswise, or diagonally, with the option to recover rows separately. A manual feeder can be used, and an optional brush roll assists with small products in large pockets. The machine can also connect to a central vacuum system for added efficiency.
