Bergami manufactures cellophane overwrappers for the individual and bundle-wrapping of cartons and symmetrical square and rectangle products. Systems handle thin and light cellophane wrapping material that can be clear, opaque, pre-printed or printed on the fly and wrap products with 100% tamper evidence while providing a solid moisture and dust barrier. Cellphone wrapping can also utilize the application of a tear strip so that the end user does not need sharp objects to open the package. Hard point heat sealing means there is no environmentally unfriendly heating tunnel or guns required to seal the package.

Intermittent and constant motion horizontal cartoners feature manual or automatic feeding of products. An alternative to horizontal cartoning for bottle and jar applications, Bergami’s vertical series works with single and multi-packs and handles cartons with liners and partitions. Bergami tray/cartoners are designed for applications that require the forming of cartons/trays from a flat blank. Modular by design, these systems are suitable for simple manual loading of products or fully automated collating and loading systems.
